1. Who We Are

Caliber Aesthetics & Wellness operates non-invasive aesthetics and wellness clinics in Randolph, New Jersey and Hillsborough, New Jersey.

2. Use of the Website

3. Bookings & Consultations

A booking request submitted through our website is not a confirmed appointment until confirmed by phone, email, or text.

All treatments require an in-person consultation.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

5. Payments & Financing

We accept major credit cards and may offer financing through third-party providers such as CareCredit and Cherry, subject to approval and provider terms.

We are a cash-pay primary practice and are not in-network with insurance providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, graphics, and code, is owned by Caliber or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. User-Submitted Content & Photo Releases

If you voluntarily submit testimonials, reviews, comments, or other content to us, you grant Caliber a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.

Before-and-after photographs, video content, or any identifiable patient media will only be used with separate written consent through a signed media release authorization. Submission of website content alone does not authorize the use of medical or treatment-related photography.

You confirm that any content you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
